Today, Uldedaj Investments continues to lead major real estate developments across the country, with upcoming large-scale residential projects in Tirana, Pogradec, Shëngjin, and Velipoja — reflecting the Group’s long-term commitment to urban growth and modern living.
The Group’s entrepreneurial spirit also led to diversification in new industries. Through Jukoil, Uldedaj Group established itself in the Energy and Petroleum sector, operating a network of modern service stations across northern Albania. Each Jukoil station combines functionality and customer care — offering fuel services alongside restaurants, markets, and accommodation facilities that enhance the travel experience and regional connectivity.
Recognizing the growing potential of Albania’s tourism industry, Uldedaj Group expanded into Hospitality and Tourismwith the creation of Uldedaj Residences, offering luxury seaside apartments for daily and short-term rental in Shëngjin. Since 2016, Uldedaj Group has owned and operated University College Qiriazi, located in Kodër-Kamëz, Tirana. The university occupies a historic building dating back to 1922, symbolizing Albania’s educational heritage. Today, it offers Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Professional Degree programs designed to equip students with modern skills, academic excellence, and career readiness. This investment reflects Uldedaj Group’s belief that education is the foundation of a sustainable and prosperous society.
