Uldedaj Group’s Construction & Investments division combines the expertise of its core companies, Uldedaj Investments and Loikons, to deliver high-quality infrastructure and real estate projects. Uldedaj Investments, operating since 1999, leads the Group’s construction and investment activities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, while Loikons provides strong construction execution and technical expertise. Together, they undertake strategic developments with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and efficiency, delivering modern projects that support long-term growth and contribute to regional economic development.
Energy & Petroleum
Uldedaj Group’s Energy & Petroleum sector is focused on the distribution of energy resources, particularly within the oil and fuel market, with an emphasis on reliability, modern standards, and responsible practices. The sector operates through Jukoil, a petroleum company with more than 25 years of experience in Albania’s fuel industry, managing a network of petrol stations that feature fully integrated bar, restaurant, and market facilities, along with a range of additional customer services. Through these operations, the sector delivers dependable energy solutions while maintaining high service quality, adhering to environmental standards, and supporting sustainable development objectives.
Hospitality & Tourism
Uldedaj Group’s Hospitality & Tourism sector is dedicated to delivering high-quality accommodation and travel experiences that combine comfort, convenience, and professional service. The sector includes Uldedaj Residences, a company managing a portfolio of assets and properties including apartments, penthouses, and villas available for both short and long-term rental across Albania, as well as Hotel Liss 2, which complements the Group’s hospitality offering with full hotel services. Through these operations, the sector supports tourism development, promotes local destinations, and contributes to the growth of the travel and leisure industry while maintaining consistent standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Education
Uldedaj Group’s Education division is dedicated to excellence in higher education and professional development. Qiriazi University College, part of Uldedaj Group since 2016, is one of the first private higher education institutions in Albania. Established in 2006, the college honors the legacy of three pioneers of Albanian education — the Qiriazi sisters and Kristo Dako — who originally founded the Kyrias Female Institute in the same building in 1922. Today, Qiriazi University College has three faculties and a Higher Professional College, offering bachelor’s, master’s, and professional degree programs, and remains committed to academic rigor, innovation in teaching, and preparing students to succeed in a dynamic and evolving professional environment.
